Q. Does this online shop sell the official logo merchandise and products of Rainbow Drive-In?

A. Yes, RainbowTiki is the official logo shop of Rainbow Drive-In. All of the products and merchandise you find here is made by or for the iconic drive-in in Kapahulu.

Q. Do you sell everything online that you sell in your RainbowTiki shop in Kapahulu?

A. No. We don't sell everything, but we sell our best-selling items. If there's an item you'd like us to put in our online shop, email info@rainbowdrivein.com.

Q. Why do items online cost more than in the physical store on Kapahulu?

A. We don't charge shipping costs; we embed them into the price of the items.

Q. How are the items shipped?

A. We ship USPS flat rate to the U.S. Mainland and Hawaii. We can now provide you tracking numbers, too!

Q. Do you ship internationally?

A. Not right now. But soon we'd like to start shipping to our customers and fans around the world!

Q. What do I do if the item I want isn't in stock?

A. You can two things: you can email us at info@rainbowdrive.com or call (808) 737-0108 and let us know!

Q. What is your return policy?

A. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can either return your order for a full refund (see below) or exchange it for something else. You can return or exchange your purchase for up to 30 days from the purchase date. Returned or exchanged products must be in the condition you received them.

Q. Do you give refunds?

A. Refunds will only be given with a valid receipt showing the original form of payment within 30 days of the purchase date. All credit card purchases will be refunded back to the original credit card that merchandise was purchased on within 30 days of the purchase date. In the event there is no receipt showing credit card used or credit card is not available, RainbowTiki will issue a store credit.
